In Short

• Implement new features across all our stack, from the backend to the frontend.
• Maintain, design and scale our platform.
• Work closely with Marketing and Product squads.
• Report directly to the CTO.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Extended experience on cloud environments, K8s, DevOps.
• User-centric mindset with understanding of business metrics.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with various technologies including Elixir, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Flexible working hours and location.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, ideally within a startup / high growth setup.
• Experience in backend and frontend development.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments, K8s, DevOps, monitoring, observability.
• User-centric mindset with understanding of business metrics.
• Fluent in English.
