Overview

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Fiserv, you will engage in acceptance testing activities, ensuring the quality of financial applications and services.

In Short

• Engage in acceptance testing activities.
• Create test deliverables and execute tests.
• Log defects and report testing statuses.
• Monitor and execute test activities across various projects.
• Identify and automate repetitive test scenarios.
• Prepare test data for various testing types.
• Participate in daily status calls for project updates.
• Document and communicate defects to the team.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.
• Support batch testing and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a mainframe environment.
• Proficient in TSO, ISPF, COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and Endevor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of CA tools – CA7, CA-VIEW.
• Knowledge of file transmission tools like FTP/NDM.
• Good understanding of payments and banking domain.
• Proven technical analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
