Overview

The International Accountant role at Fiserv involves supporting accurate accounting and reporting for legal entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and preparing financial statements.

In Short

• Support accurate accounting and reporting for Fiserv's legal entities.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly books of accounts as per accounting principles.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Report to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage cash and assist in statutory audits.
• Coordinate and resolve audit queries with external auditors.
• Work in a team environment.
• Utilize strong Microsoft Excel and financial management skills.
• Ability to work varied hours due to deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Chartered Accountant and/or US CPA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting and reporting.
• Experience in Indian Company accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of Accounting Standards (IFRS/ US GAAP/ IND AS).
• Experience handling statutory audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management and Essbase preferred.
• Ability to work under critical deadlines.
