The Clover Hospitality Onboarding Manager will lead the onboarding process for new restaurant customers, ensuring a seamless experience with Clover's POS systems and empowering businesses to thrive.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with POS systems.
• 3+ years of experience in training restaurant teams.
• 3+ years of troubleshooting hardware and networking issues.
• Experience in building trust-based relationships.
• Relevant experience in restaurant management.
• 6+ years of experience in restaurant operations preferred.
• 6+ years managing multiple installations preferred.
• CCNA or equivalent certification is a plus.
