Overview

As an Advisor in Systems Engineering at Fiserv, you will play a critical role in managing the Commercial Center application, ensuring its reliability, availability, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement automation and continuous improvement processes.

• Manage Commercial Center application activities including incident, change, and release management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10-13 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in Linux, Azure, and Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Ability to translate requirements into automation.
• Familiarity with scripting languages, especially Python.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
• Flexibility to work in shifts based on business needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
