• Telephone appointment scheduling for service, maintenance, and repair orders
• Processing insurance claims and close collaboration with damage intermediaries and insurance companies
• Support in order preparation and entry
• Planning and handling of replacement vehicles

Requirements

• You have experience as a service assistant in a car dealership
• You are service-oriented, reliable, and have strong communication skills
• You maintain an overview even in stressful situations
• You are proficient with common IT systems – prior knowledge of DMS (e.g., VCS) is a plus
