Overview

As a Client Advisor on the Luxury Sales team, you will be the face of FASHIONPHILE in this remote selling role, delivering exceptional service to our discerning clientele.

In Short

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide personalized consultations for clients.
  • Meet sales and procurement goals.
  • Expand client base through networking and referrals.
  • Curate bespoke product selections tailored to clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams for client experience.
  • Identify new client opportunities.
  • Stay informed about latest trends and inventory.
  • Provide feedback for inventory and marketing strategies.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in luxury sales.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Expertise in luxury products.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Active client book preferred.
