Requirements

• Native in Japanese and English.
• Proven experience in luxury fashion sales.
• Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong computer literacy, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible in approach.
• Existing strong client book in Japan is a plus.
• Active listening skills and empathy towards clients.
