NJ Family Law Attorney (Contract) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for experienced family law attorneys to join our team on a contract basis for 10 hours per week. You will serve as counsel for our customers by reviewing prenuptial agreements generated on our platform.

In Short

• Review prenups on our digital platform
• Flag important clauses, and provide comments to your client
• Review and respond to comments from opposing counsel
• Ensure client understands terms of prenuptial agreement and answer any questions they may have

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a family law attorney
• Deep understanding of, and experience with, prenuptial agreements
• Strong communication skills - responsive, with clear, concise communication
• Customer-centric mindset
• Licensed and in good standing to practice in the state of New Jersey
