• Flag important clauses and provide comments to clients.
• Review and respond to comments from opposing counsel.
• Ensure clients understand the terms of prenuptial agreements.
• 5+ years of experience as a family law attorney required.
• Deep understanding of prenuptial agreements.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Customer-centric mindset is preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice in Florida.
• Ability to represent clients in multiple languages is a bonus.
