In Short

• Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, predict user behavior and optimize key performance metrics.
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems and anomaly detection.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation and high-quality model inputs.
• Design and execute rigorous A/B tests to validate hypotheses and assess the impact of new features.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise applications.
• Act as a thought leader, promoting data-driven decision-making across the company.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience applying data science methodologies in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) and SQL.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (Databricks) and big data technologies (Spark).
• Proven experience deploying machine learning models at scale.
• Ability to explain complex mathematical and ML concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team player mindset.
• Comfortable mentoring others and advocating for software engineering best practices.
