Overview

The role involves driving product revenue growth through training and sales development for the field sales organization and global offices.

In Short

  • Manage corporate sales targeting and evaluate markets.
  • Develop new business target lists and action plans.
  • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Identify clinical needs of clients and demonstrate product benefits.
  • Facilitate sales meetings and co-travel with agents.

  • Train FSO and customers on product usage.
  • Attend surgeries and oversee clinical settings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s; 3 years with a Master’s.
  • Strong understanding of the orthopaedic industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time.
