Evertech is seeking a sharp, hands-on Financial Analyst to help monitor and manage the financial health of our software development agency.

In Short

• Monitor overall financial performance with a focus on cash flow, revenue, and costs.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
• Generate and track client invoices and manage payment workflows.
• Execute international wire transfers to contractors and subsidiaries.
• Track project-level profitability, margins, and allocations using Google Sheets.
• Build dashboards and models for forecasting and reporting.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Assist with budgeting, reforecasting, and long-term planning.
• Prepare documentation for audits and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
