Telehealth Neurologist Contractor - Remote

Overview

Everly Health is seeking a board-certified Neurologist licensed in at least 10 states to join our telehealth team to provide virtual evaluations regarding dementia, expanding access to neurological care.

In Short

• Conduct telehealth sessions for dementia evaluations.
• Perform patient assessments and order lab tests.
• Analyze and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop personalized treatment plans.

• Must have active medical licenses in at least 10 states.
• Board certification in Neurology required.
• 3-5 years of clinical practice experience preferred.

• Must be enrolled with Medicaid and Medicare.
