Linux System Engineer N3 - Remote

Overview

We are actively seeking a Linux System Engineer N3 to strengthen our team in handling technical escalations and integration tasks, as well as managing complex incidents and system projects.

In Short

• Strengthen the team for technical escalations from N2.
• Support integration tasks including machine creation and installation assistance.
• Handle complex incidents and maintenance operations.
• Manage RedHat Linux servers and essential components.
• Maintain technical relationships with study services.
• Oversee user tickets at levels 2 and 3.
• Implement preventive and corrective actions on Linux platforms.
• Document infrastructure processes.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines in a multi-project environment.
• Participate in project scoping and initiation.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in complex environments as a Linux System Engineer.
• At least 5 years of N3 activity (technical and responsibility).
• Knowledge of web servers (Apache and/or Tomcat).
• Unix scripting skills (Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Project organization skills (planning, documentation, deadlines).
• Attention to detail and self-control.
