Overview

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our client's team in the banking sector, ensuring effective incident management and communication with IT management.

In Short

• Manage daily follow-up of major incidents and identify root causes.
• Communicate daily with IT management regarding incidents.
• Participate in weekly meetings with business managers to discuss incident impacts.
• Ensure data quality according to ITIL standards.
• Lead major incidents and coordinate IT and business managers.
• Provide regular updates on ongoing actions until incident resolution.
• Manage the problem management process.
• Facilitate weekly meetings to review root causes and improvement plans.
• Track implementation of actions and produce indicators for problem management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in incident management and functional support, preferably in an ITIL environment.
• Good understanding of application production and incident support.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with team members and management.
• Strong crisis management skills and quick decision-making ability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and problem management.
• Knowledge of the banking sector and Agile methodology is a plus.
• Good level of English required.
