Overview

The Primary Care Therapist position specializes in assessment and treatment of individuals with mental, emotional, or substance abuse conditions. This role involves working closely with a behavioral health team to provide therapy to adults, primarily addressing issues such as anxiety and depression.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Active license as LICSW, MFT, LMHC, or equivalent in Washington.
• Knowledge of behavioral health and developmental stages.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Accountability for professional practice and patient care.
• 2-3 years of clinical therapy experience preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Certification in CBT, DBT, or EMDR is desired.
