Performance Marketer - Remote

Overview

As a Performance Marketer at EverAI, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing high-volume paid acquisition channels to help grow our user base from 50 million to 100 million.

• Manage core paid acquisition channels and support campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and report insights to improve strategies.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to enhance landing page conversions.
• Research new acquisition opportunities and maintain relationships with traffic sources.
• Participate in A/B testing and creative development processes.
• Work closely with senior leadership to accelerate growth.
• Utilize tools like Voluum and GA4 for performance monitoring.
• Contribute to the scaling of advertising budgets while maintaining cost targets.
• Engage in a fast-paced learning environment with autonomy and support.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Familiarity with major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis tools.
• Creative mindset for developing effective ad concepts.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about advertising strategies.
• Experience with online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA) is a plus.
• Knowledge of analytics tools like GA4 or Voluum is beneficial.
• Experience in regulated verticals is a bonus.
