In Short

  • Lead and scale the Customer Success Management (CSM) team as a second-line manager.
  • Drive product adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy across customer segments.
  • Develop best-in-class CSM processes focused on relationship building and exceptional outcomes.
  • Manage CSM Managers across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
  • Hire and develop a high-performance CSM organization.
  • Refine lifecycle playbooks for existing subscriptions and new product cross sales.
  • Set targeted goals for team growth and development.
  • Innovate to improve and increase team performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management.
  • 2+ years in a second line management role.
  • Proven ability to scale CSM operations across multiple segments.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High integrity and passion for creating meaningful impact.
