Overview

A fast-growing digital solutions company is seeking an experienced Project & Product Team Leader to lead cross-functional delivery teams and ensure the successful execution of complex software initiatives.

In Short

  • Lead and manage three core teams: Business Analysis, UX/UI Design, Project Management.
  • Drive requirement clarity and documentation.
  • Champion user-centric, scalable interfaces.
  • Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery across multiple engagements.
  • Coordinate closely with internal developers, QA, DevSecOps, and client stakeholders.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital product or software project delivery.
  • 5+ years in a leadership or project lead role.
  • Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong English and Thai communication skills.
  • Experience with AI tools in delivery is a plus.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of SDLC, UX/UI processes, and business analysis practices.
  • Strong sense of ownership and team development.
