Requirements

• Active content creator with at least 20k followers on social media platforms.
• Experience in coaching or supporting content creators.
• Knowledge of monetization strategies and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills for content strategy.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Empathy and a natural teaching ability.
• Experience in entrepreneurship is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like CapCut and ChatGPT.
• Commitment to empowering women through education.
