Overview

Join our expanding development teams in Athens, or work remotely as a Data Engineer, playing a key role in designing and implementing big data solutions on a scalable cloud platform.

In Short

Design and implement batch processing pipelines using Spark (Python or Scala) and SQL;
Design and implement streaming ETL/ELT processes;
Write code for big data solutions;
Design and implement APIs in modern Python frameworks;
Communicate with Business Analysis teams;
Write end-to-end and functional tests;
Implement monitoring solutions for the data platform.

Requirements

Experience with big data technologies;
Proficiency in Python and/or Scala;
Strong SQL skills;
Knowledge of ETL processes;
Experience with API development;
Ability to work in an agile team;
Strong communication skills.
