In Short

• Lead on environmental certifications, particularly focusing on LEED AP.
• Shape sustainability strategies across various projects including data centres, commercial, and residential.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and guide junior staff to meet project milestones.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver solutions that meet their goals.
• Oversee quality assurance within projects.
• Stay current with sustainability regulations and standards.
• Contribute to proposal writing and secure new business opportunities.
• Promote the company’s commitment to sustainability.
• Participate in industry events and produce expert content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a sustainability engineer/consultant.
• Degree in construction/environmental/engineering or related field.
• High technical knowledge in sustainability and building services.
• Knowledgeable in LEED, WELL, BREEAM, and HPI requirements.
• Possesses high-level project management skills.
• Ability to manage junior staff.
• Initiates the process of achieving Chartered Engineer status.
• Up to date with all relevant regulations.
• Capable of performing quality assurance (QA).
• Experience in sustainable design principles and energy-efficient building systems.
