Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Billing/Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing, supporting financial analysis, medical professional fee collections analyses, and driving effective accounts receivable management.

• Create and deliver accurate monthly customer invoices in accordance with complicated contract terms.
• Maintain and update invoice templates to reflect contract amendments and changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced knowledge.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in healthcare or contract-driven industries required.
• General knowledge of medical billing transactions preferred.
