Environmental Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the daily operations of our environmental engineering projects. The Project Manager will manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of projects and achieving client satisfaction.

• Manage project schedules, resources, and budget allocations, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external contractors.
• Keep track of timesheets and expenses, monitoring ongoing project costs.
• Prepare detailed reports and manage project documentation.
• Create and review proposals for projects.
• Ensure marketing and sales activities are taking place.
• Create and monitor budgets, P&L for projects.
• Ensure accuracy of the data provided in reports.
• Work nightshift, typically ending around 1AM IST.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably in environmental engineering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial management.
