Overview

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Outsourcing Concept Artist with a focus on Character Design who will be specializing in creating Skins and Cosmetics across various subjects, including characters, props, and environments.

In Short

• Create compelling pitches for individual cosmetics and campaigns.
• Stay informed about visual trends in gaming and pop culture.
• Provide feedback and guide other concept artists and outsourcing teams.
• Communicate with Art, Narrative, and Design departments.
• Create exploration sketches, mood boards, and storyboards.

Requirements

• Passionate about designing environments and characters.
• Experience working with external vendors.
• Experience in designing main characters, props, and environments.
• Experience with live-ops games and high-volume content.
• Ability to quickly iterate on ideas visually.
• Self-motivated problem solver with curiosity.
• Understanding of anatomy and character design.
• Strong illustration skills and understanding of composition.
