Overview

Environmental Solutions is looking for a Salesforce developer to join our team and contribute by improving processes, developing custom automation and integrations, and enhancing our existing codebase and testing strategies.

In Short

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Maintain coding standards and perform code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices.
• Minimal travel to Chattanooga, TN twice per year.
• Contribute to a mission of improving lives through sustainable innovation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Some experience with Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud preferred.
• Familiarity with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder).
• Understanding of Salesforce integration patterns (REST, SOAP APIs).
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality solutions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree is appreciated but not required.
