In Short

• Support in planning, implementing, and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – our main focus
• Initial experience with Google Ads is advantageous but not mandatory
• Creation and optimization of target groups, campaign structures, and creatives
• Monitoring KPIs, simple reporting, and deriving initial optimization suggestions
• Collaboration with our marketing and sales team to increase leads and conversions

Requirements

• You want to learn, grow, and take responsibility. Previous experience is nice-to-have but not a must
• Passion for online marketing and performance marketing
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment of numbers & campaign optimization
• Creativity in handling ads and target groups
• Structured, independent working style in a remote environment
• Very good German skills, English is advantageous
