Overview

The Head of Finance leads a finance function across two pillars: Transactions & Reporting and Service Delivery & Commercial, ensuring financial integrity and team leadership.

In Short

Full ownership of the finance function
Produce accurate management information for the COO and board
Oversee the month-end close process
Design financial controls for a multi-currency EOR business
Be the primary finance voice for senior stakeholders
Serve as the expert for complex accounting issues
Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Drive finance technology and automation initiatives
Lead finance transformation and cost management
Manage the finance budget effectively

Requirements

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
Significant experience in a finance leadership role
Strong technical accounting skills
Commercial insight for business decision-making
Proven team leadership through structural changes
Experience in driving automation in finance
Continuous improvement mindset
Experience managing distributed finance teams is a plus
Hands-on approach at strategic and transactional levels
Experience in EOR or complex billing models preferred
