Head of Finance - Remote

Overview

The Head of Finance plays a key role in ensuring the financial performance of EDURINO, reporting directly to the founders. This position involves managing all aspects of finance including accounting, FP&A, and liquidity management, while providing strategic insights through complex analyses.

• Develop precise cashflow models and scenario planning for decision-making.
• Responsible for preparing and validating monthly and annual financial statements.
• Utilize analyses to enhance planning processes and support strategic direction.
• Establish scalable financial processes and internal control systems.
• Proactively manage stakeholder relationships to foster transparency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, ideally in a dynamic environment.
• A degree in finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting, controlling, and financial planning.
• Proven track record in managing companies with significant revenue.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business impact.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of quality.
• Fluent in German and English (C1+ level).
