In Short

• Lead and execute targeted account-based marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Design and implement multi-channel B2B and B2B2C campaigns.
• Develop and execute ABM programs targeting health insurance payors.
• Create personalized messaging for various stakeholders.
• Partner with teams to deliver customized marketing materials.
• Define and track KPIs related to engagement and activation.
• Utilize ABM tools and Salesforce for performance measurement.
• Continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
• Support the creation of inclusive content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing in healthcare.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with execution.
• Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare landscape.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Experience with ABM tools and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
