Overview

The Associate Vice President, Finance will provide financial leadership, overseeing all finance and accounting functions, conducting forecasts and projections, and monitoring treasury activities within the organization.

Requirements

• CPA designation required.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive management experience.
• Experience in non-profit, human rights, or advocacy organizations is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with accounting software and Google Suite.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated experience in team building and change management.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
