Requirements

• At least two years of experience in customer consulting, sales, or customer success, ideally in energy, construction, or crafts.
• Ability to engage customers with compelling arguments for sustainable solutions.
• Clear communication of complex topics and confident presentation skills.
• Structured work style with the ability to manage multiple leads effectively.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to improve processes.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1 level), additional languages are a plus.
