Overview

We are seeking a collaborative senior trading operations expert who wants to design the best customer experience with our asset optimization and software engineers, focusing on the energy transition and power markets.

• Onboard new flexibility assets, especially battery storage systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in short-term power markets.
• Value team spirit and start-up culture.
• Preferably have coding experience.
• Background in business, IT, natural sciences or similar.
• Great communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Decisive and initiative-driven in operational problems.
• Fluent in English; German and other languages are a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
• Curious with a good sense of humor.
