In Short

• Independent handling of claims management processes in the energy sector.
• Monitoring and management of outstanding claims and conducting dunning processes.
• Development and implementation of strategies for claims reduction.
• Communication with customers, external service providers, and internal departments to clarify payment arrears.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines in claims management.
• Analysis of cash flows and identification of optimization potentials.
• Participation in the further development and digitization of processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree with an economic focus.
• 3-5 years of experience in claims management/collections or in energy sector processes (e.g., Meter-to-Cash process).
• Proficient use of relevant IT systems and CRM tools.
• Structured and analytical working style with high personal responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking.
• Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage.
