In Short

• Looking for an experienced Change and PMO analyst.
• Support large-scale global Finance Transformation initiative.
• Transition to a Shared Services Centre (SSC).
• Implement standardised global processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Focus on change management support with respect to organisation design (OD).
• Coordinate training and transition.
• Provide PMO and governance support.
• Ensure transition readiness and communications.
• Open to PAYE or limited company contractors.
• Immediate start preferred.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Change, Transformation, or a PMO Analyst role.
• Experience in a large programme environment.
• Understanding of finance processes such as R2R, P2P, and O2C.
• Conduct change impact assessments.
• Stakeholder engagement and readiness planning experience.
• Exposure to designing and executing training strategies.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR).
