Overview

As a Senior PMO Analyst at Apply Digital, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Operations team by ensuring delivery excellence and managing risks in a global team environment.

In Short

• Support project initiation, tracking, planning, controlling, and monitoring.
• Oversee and enhance tracking dashboards for accurate project data.
• Ensure alignment among project management processes and business operations.
• Develop templates and guidelines for operational processes.
• Support budget tracking and financial analyses for projects.
• Facilitate communication between delivery and back-office teams.
• Coordinate internal resourcing meetings and follow-ups.
• Lead PMO orientation for new hires.
• Provide strategic support to Project Managers and teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or a related role.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, Slack, and Google Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
