Senior GRC Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior GRC Analyst will serve as a primary security and compliance point of contact for Endsight clients, guiding them through cybersecurity compliance, governance, and risk management.

In Short

• Serve as the primary compliance and governance contact for assigned clients.
• Guide clients through compliance readiness efforts.
• Own the onboarding and ongoing service experience for compliance-focused clients.
• Prepare and deliver compliance-focused security updates and calls.
• Write and maintain security policies and governance documentation.
• Support compliance and security projects.
• Advise internal leaders on compliance and governance needs.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to keep compliance work moving.
• Participate in cybersecurity awareness training efforts.
• Support the security team's shared alert and on-call process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, compliance, or governance.
• Experience advising clients on security governance and compliance readiness.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and CMMC.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Purview.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to manage competing demands.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• U.S. citizenship.
