Senior Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform - Remote

Enavate is a US-based IT company and a Microsoft Gold Partner, known for disrupting the SMB industry with tailored business solutions. Our team is expanding in the US, and we're looking for a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights Journey, Field Service) and Microsoft Power Platform.

In Short

• Implement and customize Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client requirements.
• Develop custom business solutions using Power Platform capabilities.
• Ensure clients achieve maximum value from their Microsoft investments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Design and implement complex integrations between D365 and other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 and Power Platform.
• Support clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide expert advice on D365 and Power Platform best practices.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including training and support of end users.
• Work in a hybrid environment based in Tampa, FL or Fargo, ND.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 Sales, Field Service, or related Power Platform solutions are a plus.
• Extensive experience with D365 Sales and Field Service.
• Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Insights Journey.
• Proficient in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and business automation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with solution architecture design and technical documentation.
• Experience in data migration and integration projects.
• Bonus: Experience with D365 Customer Service and Power BI.
