Our team is expanding locally, and we’re looking for an Accounting Manager to lead our accounting function, drive strategic decision-making, and support our continued success across North American markets.

In Short

• Lead the Month-End Close process.
• Prepare financial statements adhering to US GAAP.
• Oversee audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
• Manage cash flow and working capital.
• Lead corporate income tax compliance.
• Support M&A transactions and funding rounds.
• Mentor a high-performing accounting team.
• Champion technology systems for financial reporting.
• Continuously improve accounting operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or similar.
• Master’s degree, CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience in a global accounting environment.
• Solid grasp of revenue recognition principles.
• Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proactive approach to financial controls.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
