Overview

As a Customer Service Representative (Change of Agent), you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and enhancing their experience during their initial onboarding.

In Short

  • Manage the Change of Agent process from inquiry to compliance audit.
  • Prepare and file change and resignation documents with Secretaries of State.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates about process issues.
  • Track the status of ongoing projects and submitted filings.
  • Conduct entity compliance audits using various resources.
  • Maintain filing fee charts and update forms library.
  • Assist in training new and existing employees.
  • Develop knowledge about the department and related services.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years equivalent experience in customer service or legal industry.
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of corporate procedures and willingness to learn.
  • Skilled in data organization and analysis.
  • Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude.
