Functional Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Functional Consultant provides high-quality software implementation consultancy to Flintfox customers, acting as a bridge between them and technical teams to ensure software customizations meet their requirements.

In Short

• Define and agree on customer requirements.
• Configure and design solutions based on customer needs.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Run customer workshops for solution implementation.
• Train project teams and end users.
• Create detailed documentation for requirements and designs.
• Support multiple projects, including implementation and support.
• Quality assure technical capabilities of customizations.
• Write test scripts and conduct testing.
• Ensure effective communication within the team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in ERP implementations.
• Strong business analysis skills.
• Configuration certification in ERP solutions.
• Knowledge of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
• Understanding of Trade Spend and sales/purchase order terminology.
• Experience in creating implementation documentation.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant post-secondary qualification in business administration or IT.
