Content Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Content Manager at Emota, you will work with a variety of Pharmaceutical and non-healthcare clients to create and deliver content for exhibition booths and environments across global locations, providing continuous content management support and direction.

In Short

• Build positive client relationships to understand corporate and brand guidelines.
• Manage the project’s content schedule.
• Act as a key contact for partners regarding content management and delivery.
• Work with compliance teams to understand regulatory approval processes.
• Develop and update content assets in line with regulatory requirements.
• Manage content and booth designs through the approval process.
• Ensure quality control across all project assets.
• Contribute to project team meetings and lead discussions on content types.
• Support the Project Manager with detailed project schedules.
• Prepare approval submissions and manage review outcomes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Content Management role in the corporate space.
• Experience with compliance processes in the Pharma regulatory environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Balance creative work with practical delivery.
• Experience managing client expectations and collaborating with partners.
• Strong proofing skills.
• Awareness of cost management and ability to work within budgets.
• Understanding of technical delivery of assets.
