Product Unit Lead - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a Product Unit Lead to own and drive an entire product stream within EMCD, focusing on strategic ownership from discovery to launch and growth.

• Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics.

• Guide your team in balancing delivery, iteration, and innovation.
• 6+ years of experience in product roles.
• Strong understanding of mining, trading, or B2B fintech domains.
• Fluent in English and Russian.

• Experience leading cross-functional squads and driving end-to-end launches.
• Confident in product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working with C-levels and aligning product work to business strategy.
• Ability to own a product from strategy to delivery.
• Experience growing high-impact fintech/crypto products in global markets.
