• Ensure stable system operations for reporting, planning, and consolidation.
• Install, configure, and regularly update our software solutions.
• Analyze and address technical and professional inquiries (first and second-level support).
• Identify and resolve errors in data processing, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Consult users and document adjustments made.
• Be the point of contact for our clients regarding technical questions.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or business informatics.
• Experience with multi- or two-dimensional databases, ideally IBM TM1.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of the interface between business administration and IT.
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and team spirit.
• Basic knowledge of common programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript).
• Ideally, some practical experience in software development and data processing.
• Familiarity with software installations, system configurations, and updates.
• Fluent in German.
