Content Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and distributing digital content that demonstrates the value of the Elixir product to drive customer engagement, promote brand awareness, and contribute to revenue growth. This is a highly collaborative role that will be pivotal in shaping Elixir’s digital presence by leveraging content as a strategic tool to engage, educate, attract, and convert audiences across different platforms.

In Short

• Lead the development and execution of a content marketing strategy focusing on short- and long-term success criteria and metrics, and ownership of the annual content calendar.
• Own the end-to-end process of content distribution from ideation to publication, as well as ongoing campaigns to amplify existing content.
• Ability to create marketing collateral including brochures, pitch decks, whitepapers, and landing pages with strong focus on compelling content and messaging that drives engagement.
• Understanding of basic design principles and content flow to create clear, professional materials, with emphasis on content strategy and messaging effectiveness.
• Proven experience in comprehensive webinar production and hosting, including content development, script writing, live presentation skills, audience engagement, technical coordination, and post-event follow-up to maximize lead generation.
• Grow engagement and brand awareness, looking into new content types and platforms.
• Strong content creation skills across multiple formats including blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, and thought leadership pieces that translate complex product value into engaging narratives.
• Primary focus on content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement, with design skills serving to support content objectives.
• Social Media experience for a steady stream of content to support our thought leadership and positioning in the market.
• Increase traffic to the website through engaging and effectively optimized content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 4 years of marketing content development and publishing saas products.
• 4 years in a content development or strategist role.
