Meta Ads & Email Marketing Specialist - Remote

Our client is a self-funded food company with over 12 years of history, run by a passionate husband-and-wife team. They've built our business from the ground up, wearing many hats along the way. Now, they’re ready to scale—and to do that, they’re looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of our digital marketing efforts, and grow with us.

In Short

• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Collaborate with our agency to implement marketing strategies and creatives
• Create and schedule email campaigns (newsletters, promotional emails, cold outreach)
• Maintain and grow our contact lists with a focus on nutrition and dietitian clients
• Conduct follow-ups and light prospecting communication to support lead nurturing
• Monitor and report on campaign performance
• Work with Google Sheets to organize contact data and outreach tracking
• Occasionally support with content copywriting for email and ad creatives

Requirements

• Experience with Meta Ads and email marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics
• Proficiency in Google Sheets
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in content copywriting is a plus
