Assist Account Executives and Solution Architects in managing commercial operations.
Drive and coordinate the contracting process.
Ensure accurate record keeping of documentation in Salesforce.
Support the Commercial team with customer relationship logistics.
Assist legal teams with translations to avoid misunderstandings.
Help new customers with onboarding processes.
Gather customer feedback for post-sales support.
Organize sales enablement events and support marketing translations.
Conduct strategic market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements

Motivated and detail-oriented individual.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in German and English.
