Overview

ELEKS Human Capital Administration is looking for a Personnel Records Specialist to manage personnel records and support HR functions in Ukraine.

In Short

• Prepare and manage NDA agreements.
• Process newcomer application forms and store personal documents.
• Coordinate with employees to collect missing personal information.
• Prepare reference letters and employment confirmations.
• Maintain personnel and military records.
• Organize and compile employee case files.
• Process Jira ticket requests related to HR functions.
• Work in a dynamic environment with low bureaucracy.
• Develop competencies through challenging tasks.

Requirements

• Knowledge of office procedures and organization.
• Understanding of personnel recordkeeping principles.
• Basic knowledge of Ukrainian Labor Legislation.
• Experience with Jira and 1C.
• At least B1 level of English.
• Good MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to perform detailed reviews of personnel information.
