Overview

Elaya Health is seeking experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA's or NP's) with diabetes management and other endocrinology needs.

In Short

• Provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
• Manage weight management, including medical management and patient education.
• Manage use of insulin pumps and continuous glucose sensors.
• Work as part of a team under supervision of top endocrinologists.
• Telehealth and/or in-person work needed.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nursing School.
• 6 Months Work Experience required.
• Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in NY State.
• Ability to make up to $90 per hour.
